SCIENTIFIC ADVISORY BOARD 

SAB Mission and Objectives 
To guarantee the scientific excellence and assess the quality of and validate the results of the MOXY project, the Coordinator Ghent University in collaboration with the  MOXY partners established a Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) to MOXY project. 

Main tasks 
In the development of the nascent (atomic) oxygen system, the open science and innovation approach fostered by the MOXY projects, envisions including the endusers and decision makers from early stages of research and development, which is accomplished through the technology elicitation study and interviews with experts in diverse areas of conservation and establishment of the SAB. SAB is acting as an independent external expert committee, which provides support and advise to the MOXY consortium. The tasks of the SAB include:
(a) monitor and discuss the scientific quality and progress of the project; (b) guide the direction of 
exploitation; (c) link the research results to the lead-users and stakeholders.
SAB communication is virtual, and meetings take place online, and SAB members have a standing invitation to attend all other MOXY meetings and events and have access to the whole research group of 10 MOXY organizations, research data in progress, and is actively in strategic decision making, fostering MOXY networking and outreach.
